A professional CDL driver for 26 years. I joined the Coalition because of my passion for pooling our resources and expertise to serve the community.

Former Regions Bank Manager, Former ROTC Instructor at Alcorn State University, US Army Veteran, 25+ years licensed insurance agent. President of Brooks Insurance Brokers, LLC. My passion for community redevelopment and education of our constituents for a better life lead me to join the coalition.

Former Executive Assistant for Fortune 500 Companies. Volunteered as President of the Dallas Urban League Guild for 36+ years. Vice President of Brooks Insurance Broker, LLC. My passion for developing children for leadership is why I joined the Coalition.

FINANCIAL SECRETARY

A Career Fireman, working his way over the past 36 years from basic firefighter to paramedic, driver, Assistant Chief and Chief. My passion is to assist young adults in steps to be successful after leaving high school.

Retired pastor of Antioch Missionary Baptist church in Homer, LA. Current associate minister at Mt. Pilgrim Baptist Church in Lake Charles, LA. A Middle & High School Social Studies teacher with Calcasieu Parish in Lake Charles, Louisiana. An educator of 19 years with a Master’s Degree from Western Governor’s University. My passion for joining the Coalition lies in my drive to enrich the lives of students academically and socially.

Assistant Director of Admissions at Grambling State University. Bachelor of Science, Computer and Information Security, Grambling State University. My Passion for community service and reaching our youth is my reason for joining the Coalition.

Deputy Sheriff for the Lincoln Parish Sheriff Department with 35 years experience. Jenkins served as Deacon at the Mount Sinai Baptist Church for several years. My passion is the youth of our communities, inspiring them to become impactful adults with an inspiration to serve others.

Teacher’s Assistant at the Lincoln Preparatory School in Grambling, LA, Pursuing a Degree in Education at Grambling State University. My mission is to love, nurture, lead, guide, and teach youth in the community, church, and workplace to strive for excellence academically, socially, and spiritually.
